It's not a dumb question, I would recommend the +12 agi meta and for the socket bonus I would go with either the best blue, green, or purple gem that works for you. Remember, if you are worried about socket bonuses and the bonuses from metas, the mix gems count as both colors. I.E. A purple gem counts as a red and blue, a green gem counts as a blue and yellow, and an orange counts as a red and yellow.
