Survival - 522 Haste...how?

From what I've been reading, the breakpoint on getting a 1.5 sec steady shot as not-Beastmaster is 522.7 haste rating. My question is, how in the crap are you supposed to get that much sans full t7?
I know improved aspect of the hawk is an option, but I'd rather get that haste ALL the time instead of relying on a proct. Other than that I'm not really seeing much else I can do, aside from a complete re-gem/enchant.
Regarding that, I did some quick math. In my current gear plus t7 body (only need like 10 emblems, no problem there, and I want it anyway for the 5% pet damage bonus), and gemming pretty much entirely for haste, I'm still 154 short.
Any advice?

That's what I was afraid of ._. My DPS is pretty abysmal now since I respeced. I think it's time to shelf survival until I get more tier gear. Breaks in my rotation are driving me absolutely nuts.

The real question is, with the poor scaling SS is going to get post patch, will it still be worth it gearing / gemming for haste soft cap, instead of relying more on other instants such as Aimed shot?
Also, with the way gear is going, will it really be worth it sacrificing crit for haste, or even agi for haste as an SV hunter?

Never really thought of it that way. Adding aimed shot into my rotation might help a little bit with my gaps for the time being. I still don't know whether aimed will be better than steady post-patch, but in the meantime it doesn't sound like a bad idea.
Thanks for the advice~
