Shado Pan have 3 armored cat mounts after you hit exalted. JC's can make 5 different jeweled cat mounts, though they tend to be a bit expensive. ZG still drops one, but the drop rate is pretty low and so I wouldn't count on that one. Spectral one might show up in the BMAH one day, but expect to pay a LOT.

As Elhonna pointed out, the cheapest and easiest cat mount to get would be the Shado-Pan tigers. It'll take a couple of weeks as you'll first need to get Revered with the Golden Lotus, and than get Exalted with the Shado-Pan, but it beats the alternatives.
If you have tons of gold, than buying one of the Jewelcrafting ones is of course the easiest and quickest. The Rare ones probably sit around 20-25k and the Epic one around 80k depending on server economy.

crafted mounts go by that much gold. If you don't have that much money, just do your golden lotus dailies until you hit revered with them, then do shado-pan dailies until exalted with them, and you'll get a nice cat mount. The alternative is farming the cat boss in ZG (which has a very low chance to drop an unarmored panther) or get the spectral tiger which either way you slice it will cost you a lot. its either paying a ton of real life cash to get the TCG card with the code, or paying a ton of gold if it ever shows up on the BMAH.
Horde players don't really have much options on cat mounts. T_T I should know.

Once you hit 90, you will be pulling in about 20K a month, just questing, rep grinding and LFR/LFG provided you
DON'T
buy anything from the AH. I repeat

To put the jewelry crafted mounts into perspective: the expensive part to make the mount costs 20,000 gold. If you have the guild perk for the discount, it will cost 18,000 gold. The onyx mount requires the four other mounts to make it, so that is 80,000 gold, 72,000 gold with discounts. It may seem really expensive, but money comes really easy in the latest expansion. If you have any tradecraft skill whatsoever, you can suppliment your income rather well. The 20K in a month I read above is on the conservative side, imo.
For cat mounts, the combination of easiest and cheapest goes to the Shado-Pan.
