There's a long list of macros in the resto sticky that are copy/pastable.
They let you hard target or mouseover with the same button, and there are times where hard targeting is nice.
Also, since you're having a lot of spirit reforged, check the items in the Pre-raid gear list in the same thread, it might have some equivalent spirit upgrades listed.
