Even they can't get it. Naxx is no longer in EPL, therefore, no more T3.

Naxxramas 40 player version was removed in Patch 3.0(October 2008), all items aquired from this instance including Tier 3 sets are no longer obtainable - so unless you had them before the removal of Naxx40 you won't be able to get them

again.
In my case, i'm stuck on 8/9 Tier 3 forever.

yea im stuck 1/9 T3... but hey, I'm glad I at least got one piece pre-BC (aka - when it was worthwhile)
