You can buy the crafted PvP gear patterns from the Tailoring vendor in the Shrine for 1
Spirit of Harmony
per pattern.
For PvE gear, I'm afraid you'll need to do dailies with the
Golden Lotus
to get your reputation with them up to Honored, before you can purchase their tailoring patterns (iLevel 476 Epic gloves/chest).
The iLevel 496 patterns for chest and gloves are drops from raid instances.
Also, for future reference, this is a database, so you probably would've found what you were looking for faster by searching for Tailoring and than checking the patterns you don't have yet, and where you could've gotten them:
