Parry is weak compared to dodge, even for DKs. Take it on gear if you can, but Dodge is far better

Umm... I'm not sure if I'm reading it wrong, or if you're armory profile has been updated since the OP, but it seems to me that you have 644 defense rating, which puts you above the cap.
Assuming I'm correct (which is a fair chance I'm not), you're definitely ready for heroics. You've done a nice job with gear and socketing.
