Tanking heroics/regular where to start?

Stats:
22,246 armor 59.36 damage reduction
537 def rating (I know its not the 540, where talking about only heroics here)
16.36 dodge
16.00 parry
15.86 block

24,507 hp, completly unbuffed, 26,762 hp self buffed.

Any heroics that are easier then others? or that i should start with? or should i be good with all of them?

Also forgot to add, any pots/scrolls/elixers i should keep/use always?
