Why Does it seem every time i,m in a pug group for a heroic the Tank Never seems to Slow down for Organization, which me being a healer really can cause problems with my mana being low. Another Big problem i seem to run into is the Tanks think they are all strong in full blues and run into a mob of 5 and almost die in 2 hits they do not seem to take that cc is highly needed now .....

If you need mana, sit down and drink. If the tank pulls and dies, it's his fault.

Pretty much this.

I've personally experienced playing each roll and can see it from each rolls perspective. When it comes to tanking I wait for one person only and that person is the healer and even then I'll go if I believe they have sufficient mana for the pull.
Yes, dungeons are slightly harder then they used to be in Wrath but they are far from difficult.
DPS need to be aware of what needs to be cc'd and stop expecting tanks to organize each pull for them. The biggest issue I find is that dps care only about the damage meter and have seem to have forgotten that it is just as much as their responsibility to keep pulls under control as it is the tanks.
The most annoying part about being a tank in Cata is having to pick targets for the numpty dps to cc or having to tell a rogue to go sap something.
As a healer I can fully understand a tanks need to jump into a fight. So long as the tank can keep doing his part to keep the mobs from running a muck amongst the group then I'll keep my end of the agreement and make sure I'm always on the ball with a full mana bar. I only ask for a second or two before boss pulls to gather myself and to be sure I'm completely ready for the pull.
Other than that, I say pull groups as fast and ad frequent ad you wish. Just keep shyt under control.

Try to delegate marking. Give a mark to everyone. Let everyone mark and cc on their own.

Err, because most DPS (and tanks for that matter) bind F to one of their most commonly used abilities.
Still, there is no reason for DPS to not have their assist key bound, although it's unlikely that it would be to F

So effectively you said...nothing.
Only that the F key is better used for other things. Other than that, asking for people to use their assist key is sound sentiment.
Just felt like nitpicking, that's all

If the OP is one of the healers that sit down and drink in the stupid bugged passage in Stonecore where Rock Borers keep spawning infinitely, and gets mad when the tank tries to hurry through the pasage, please go away and die as soon as possible.

Speaking as a tank trying to gear up (I've been slacking since I have been feeling ill lately), I usually trust the other members of my group to mark unless I 100% know that something should be CCed - the problem is everyone does things differently and are used to their schtick so that's their natural reaction.
For example, I've seen many people recommend (and it's done this way in TB's videos) that you CC the Fireshaper guy in Heroic Halls of Origination because he tends to stand back and blast you; yet everyone seems to just burn him down first and CC one of the other guys (Runeshaper?).
To be completely honest despite being and endgame raider in Wrath I am literally scared to death of running Cata heroics with anything short of 4 other guildies. I have only run the dungeons once or maybe twice, and some never on this toon as a tank (looking at you Throne of Tides, Stonecore and Vortex Pinnacle), so I'm not 100% sure of what mobs are what or where they pat or what the kill order should be. I need to gear up ASAP so I can raid with my guild but every time I tell myself "Okay, going to queue for heroics" I stop myself out of fear that I'll end up either with a bad group, or that I'll mess up a pull or forget a kill order or boss mechanic (that giant boss in Stonecore gives me nightmares thinking of tanking it as I've never done so, but I've seen it done on an alt) and then the "Fail tank l2p nub" insults will come flowing.
It seems to me that most people you find in the LFG system either:
A) Still try to use the Wrath mentality and just zerg/AOE everything or if you're lucky zerg + single target
B) Expect everyone else to be geared raiders doing their daily random so they can skirt by (again, like Wrath)
Sometimes you get a good group who knows what to do, but a lot of times nobody is even willing to mark CC or kill orders and asking for it gets a "just go we can handle it" response.

The problem with being a reasonable person is that you'll meet very few positive counterparts by going lfd.
If you're a nice person playing a dps role, 7 out of 10 times you'll meet a screwed up tank of healer, if you're a nice person playing a tank role, 7 out of 10 times... well, you get my drift.
If you need mana, sit down and drink. If the tank pulls and dies, it's his fault.
Pretty much this.
In other words: this ^^

Meh, I overgear them by a crap ton now and even if the healer is undergeared can generally get by only using CC when it's absolutely necessary (this is when I mark.) I.e., if their's two healer's up and you don't have a group that can interrupt both, or a mob that has heavy AOE damage if not interrupted when their's another mob that needs to be burned down ASAP.
