The Worgen racial is better, no question about that.
Having an alliance toon helps leveling. You can support both toons with your profession, you probably already have a high level guild and all that. Finding alt runs for raids will also be a lot easier when making a toon on the same faction.
And Worgen just look better than silly giant cows.

It's a fairly large ass... Most find it intimidating... cept rogues... damn things are like little squirrels on crack humping away at me >.<
