William let a smug look cross his face, turning back to the other pirate.
"Aye, and no drawbacks, no catches, no curses, nothing. Well, unless you consider mass murder something to worry about," he said.

"Then work your magic, voodoo, juju, mojo, I don't care, but we've got company and I don't like the looks of it..." Angela said as she looked at the approaching ship.

William saw the ship, grinding his teeth.
"I said immortality, not magic powers to," he said.
"Get ready to be boarded, we can't fight that," he said.

"Ahoy laddy and lass." Rankle said, stepping up to the edge of the railing and looking down at the two in the lifeboat. "Need a lift?" He asked them, as Murdoch and Skezz moved forward, dropping a pair of ropes over the edge.

William growled before giving a simple nod in vain.
"How about you give me your ship and you take this boat, and then we set off and you enjoy some exercise," William said sarcastically.

"Now now, no need to be like that Human." Rankle called down, smiling toothily at him. "We're all pirates here after all." He said with a laugh, and his crew chuckled as he looked down at the two, waiting for them to climb up the ropes.

The baroness lingered for a moment, before taking the other rope and setting her metal plated boots against the side of the goblin's ship. She slowly climbed up.

Rankle chuckled as the human got on first, then he leaned over the edge and held out a hand to help the other up. "Ah, the infamous Baroness." He said, bowing low as she stepped on the boat and kissed her hand. "So glad to have pirate royalty on my ship." He told her then turned to bellow at his crew. "Someone bring some food for our new passengers!" He called, then turned back, grinning at them both like all three shared a secret.

"The Savage Black? Isn't that a gnome drink?" Rankle asked with a chuckle, and heard Murdoch and Dresdan laugh, as a few of the other crew brought a plate of food for them both, as well as a few mugs of mead. Rankle took his own, then looked around before bellowing at his crew, sending them back to work. "Good help is so hard to find." Rankle said with a laugh, then turned to his passengers. "So, what happened to you two hm?"

After gathering all of his gear and putting on his greenish-black facemask, Za'rin walked up to the top deck to survey the damage. He glanced across the ocean, leaning over the railing of the ship as he saw fireballs being lit up as flares.
"I don't care if that thing is friendly or an enemy. If an enemy, kill it when it gets on deck, if an ally... well, help it!" Za'rin commanded, some of his fellow deckhands throwing ropes overboard.
