It's effectively Andas but not. (don't make me go into trans-planar paradoxes) She's speaking old god...ese, that's just the translation. If you can't make out the words it leaves a painful sensation in your head and you get a general feeling, but not enough to know, what she is saying.
I thought it was because of the speech/translation style used, but being as I havn't been paying attention to that side of the world I started to think that maybe it was you using to to translate Darnassian or somesuch sane language.

Dansha and Darrah were the personal play things of Andas in a temporal loop. They have become so numb to pain because of it, the only way to cause Dansha to notice pain is to subject Darrah to the presence of a forgotten one + so it leeches through. Darrah has become pretty touchy about the subject, and Dansha actively defies it and mocks it.
Hmm, wonder if they'd react interestingly to Timothy's mutations...

Well, you could either grow stedily or exponentially. She seems fairly weak now, but by the time Timothy and Co. reach Moonglade (by mid/end-week maybe, if I don't forget) she could either be half-way developed (stedily), or mind-flaying *!@#$tasticy (exponentially). Or some mix thereof, /shrug
