I wouldn't know. If you mean what I think you mean, then yes, but on a planetary scale (or at least with the areas that exist now).

The Consortium, after being hired/working with the Draenei, restored Netherstorm to the Fields of Faralhan....still torn up, but the entire area is covered by the domes, and it is all alive; the whole land is powered by the Mana Forges and the Keep to keep the domes up.
Damn. I thought my idea was original xD

That's whats happening in Aftermath.

Outland is in a lore hole as a whole in cannon.
Eh, well I still like the uniqueness of the place. It's not like anything I've ever heard or seen before.

Was my transformation over the top? I kind of like how werewolves change so I wanted to incorparate a change scene.

BTW: American Werewolf in London has a great change sequence.

Not at all, I've always envisioned the worgen transformation as a very physically painful thing as well - especially for those that do not transform often.
