sorry mate but it hurts my eyes to look at it.
21/41/0 is a really great way to start a levelling build at 71 though your distribution of points is off.
as a level 80 pve build (assuming you add the last 9 points in afflition) it fails dreadfully on damage output.
you say that you know that there's too many terrible specs being posted in their own threads and too many build threads generally and yet you post
this!
. if you'd spent 5 minutes at a test dummy you'd know it's rubbish.

ah i see. at level 45 you don't have enough perspective to have any idea how to put a build together. best not to post until you've learned a little more about the class and the talents.

All i want is to have FG and SL... and to have as much dps as i possibly can...
hehe, the two things you want are kinda mutually exclusive. SL/FG is not a dps build, it's a survivability build.
when you get to a point where you're raiding you really have to choose what you want to be good at and spec towards it. you could choose a spec based on what you enjoy (it's your game to play as you wish) but your dps won't be competitive .

Before you pen yourself into one set of thinking, explore your class a little. You never know, you may find you have an unforeseen interest.
i can't agree with this comment enough.
i see so many posts from people who've just started a warlock and say "i'm going to play destro when i get to 80 but what should i level with?" or something similar.
this is a terrible way to play your game. try everything.
