I could be wrong but that looks like mostly default everything, default unit frames, old-school default raid frames(Pre-grid styled 4.x frames), default action bars(though with gryphon chrome removed), default mini-map, default buff frames.

The only mods I see for certain is the DPS meter (Recount or Skada most likely) and the DBM boss timers. Looks like a simple nameplate mod, perhaps Nameplates Modifier? They're darn close to the default nameplates appearance-wise.
