Tier 11 = haste? O.o

Hi,
i wanna know what do you guys think about the stat priority for hunter...
i saw its Agi>mastery>crit>haste and of course hit cap.... well for a MM
i mean... i feel a little confused cause of the tier which is almost based on haste....
now im 356 ilvl
8.04% hit
480 haste
1527 crit
1961 mastery
4450 agi
for an 21k dps on raider dummy

am i right or am i wrong? :O
