The place I like for Mageweave is Sunken Temple. Big groups of humanoids on almost all pulls. Bonus if you skin as well for the dragons.

The trolls at Jintha'alor in the Hinterlands are good for mageweave, especially for Horde as it's very close to Revantusk Village.
If you're also looking to farm Timbermaw rep the Deadwood Furbolg of southern Felwood drop mageweave too.

I usually do
ulda
for mageweave simply because I'm always hopeful one of the rare twink boe blues will drop while farming. :) It yields a good chunk of silk and mageweave and is easy to farm since a lot of mobs in there are non-elite.
