Hi. I'm 53 lock. My talents look like this at the moment :

Spell rotation :
Unstable Affliction -> CoA -> Corruption -> Siphon Life.
Immolate is not generally needed. Drain life where found neccessary.
And my stats are thus :
1.9k hp
3.5k mp
59 + 46 stam
100 + 74 int
81 all spell damage / healing
178 shadow damage
1.3% bonus hit
5.02% spell crit

I'm considering whether to move to following talent :

And my questions are :
Is this a viable option for leveling? i.e. for grind/questing
Are there betters specs to follow?
Will this change require significant change in gear to become effective?
This is my first character in wow, and therefore the current reset cost of 10g is significant in my limited wealth. Hence the caution. And since this is a new server some gears may be unavailable for a while :(
* Note that i am in a PvE server, and do moderate amount of bg - but only at the final level of each bracket.
