Thoughts: Whatever rocks your boat... However, it won't be that good of a training for when you're 80, if you consider you don't have half the abilities you'll get by the time you're 80... Which is also true for your opponents... They won't have half of their "end-game" abilities. You'll still learn how to stick to your group for survival, positioning so you're not too tempting for enemy stealthies, how to stay in range of your groupmates, while staying out of range of your enemies, etc...
Suggestions: Stack Stamina. You're not a Twink if you can't survive a single Rogue's Ambush. As it is right now, if a Rogue looks at you the right way, you die.
Criticism: Personally, I'd respecc... While Spirit Tap is a great tool for regen while leveling, BGs are about giving all you got, then either dying and resapwning with full HP/mana or running away to drink for a few seconds... You won't (shouldn't) be getting a lot of kill shots, which is what procs Spirit Tap. Spec-wise, try to aim at survivability over throughput... While speccing into Smite like you do will certainly allow you to nuke more efficiently, if you get whacked by the time you're done casting Smite (after managing to cast Holy Fire), all those points spent in Holy and that Glyph of Smite won't benefit you much... I think I'd try stopping at 13 Points in Holy (Holy Spec., Healing Focus, Divine Fury and Desperate Prayer), then put the other points in Discipline (Unbreakable Will, 2/3 Inner Fire) and get that Inner Fire Glyph for better survivability.
Will all that being said, I don't know how "serious" 29 twinks are nowadays, so maybe all I typed is irrelevant now, and if you're only going there to have fun, do it the way you think is best, don't worry about other people's advice. Remember that I put priority on survivability over mana-efficiency or throughput, when it comes to PvP, if your priority is to pew-pew and generally just have fun running around, don't worry about it, do it your way.

However, it won't be that good of a training for when you're 80..I definitely don't agree with this.
When I was 58, I twinked and did BGs for about 3 months while waiting for RL friends to catch up. A year and a half later, the experience I gained there continues to prove invaluable. You gain skills that have little to do with particular spells, and more to do with awareness and response. And having fewer spells means you're forced to be more creative and dynamic. Obviously you have a lot more tools at your disposal at 58 than you do at 29, but I didn't have PoM, and Penance didn't even exist back then.
IMO, the more experience you have under your belt when you hit 80, the more satisfying your entry into end-game PvP (or raiding) will be.

Experience is always good...
The entire sentence was...
However, it won't be that good of a training for when you're 80,
if you consider you don't have half the abilities you'll get by the time you're 80
... Which is also true for your opponents...
...by the way.
My experience of BGs in that bracket dates from so long ago it's probably irrelevant now, back then, either you were a twink or you were dead, this probably changed since they introduced BG-XP. Considering this, you might as well forget about my earlier post. I still maintain that you can't get the full experience because all classes will be missing key spells, talents, glyphs, gear, etc... You'll still learn valuable lessons on PvPing, like Paolo and I pointed out...
You'll still learn how to stick to your group for survival, positioning so you're not too tempting for enemy stealthies, how to stay in range of your groupmates, while staying out of range of your enemies, etc...
You gain skills that have little to do with particular spells, and more to do with awareness and response.
...but I wouldn't call that "good training for 80 pvp", simply "good training for PvP" and while "80 PvP" is "PvP", "PvP" isn't "80 PvP"... Some of what you'll learn will always apply to any type of PvP, but some won't apply to "80 PvP", because by then, you'll have different spells and abilities, better gear, a more definite role, etc... And so will your teammates and opponents...
I guess my perspective is also biased since the only PvP I do nowadays is Arenas and the occasionnal WG, Paolo's entirely right with his perspective.
