Hello,
I play for a hunter. As you know we run out of mana quite fast and we need to switch our aspects again and again ( Hawk > Viper > Hawk...) And I thought it would be very useful if I could switch them with one key button. Though I've been looking all over internet for toggle macro I couldn't find one.
Wowhead, please pimp my hunter ;]

/castsequence Aspect of the Hawk, Aspect of the Viper
will show the aspect next when you press it

This is the one I use - a slight variation to Joltadin's - basically this will change you to the other aspect if you are currently in it rather than refresh it if you are currently in it and then continue on with the sequence.
