Im trying to figure out which spec to go. Im currently
FFfrost but im looking at trying to go some more like
FFarcane I know that specing out of frost, i wolnt have an extra 3% hit, so i wouldnt need to be able to make that up. So long as torment of the week is up on raid bosses from the slowing from frostfire, or as i was told, a tanks thunderclap/avenger shield, i would think the 12% dmg increase would be much better than Icy Veins. Would i be right in that assumption?
Also, can somone help me out, and help me figure out how much hit rating i would need to be hit capped with that FFarcane build?
to explain the ffarcane build b4 i get flamed, i speced into magic absorbtion and CS that one point jsut because i do tend to PvP a lot on my non raiding days, so id like something that would throw me a trick or two to have for those times, otherwise, i could put those points into mana regen and such.
