TotT macro help

Well, as the title says, I need some help with a Tricks of the Trade macro.
I was just wondering if there's any way I can possibly get this?
And is there any way I can just click the macro, and it just uses TotT on the tank?

Another thing I'd like to add to the tail end of that macro is to target the focus' target, so one click gives the tank/lucky DPSer TotT and immediately makes his target your target. Unfortunately, my macro-fu is weak.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the mother of all TotT macros:
#showtooltip Tricks of the Trade
/cast Tricks of the Trade

It will first attempt to use TotT on your current target if friendly. If it's not it will attempt to use TotT on your focus. If you didn't set a focus target, it will target your target's target. You can add fancy notifications at the end, but I find that unnecessary.
