Destroyer is still there I used it just two days ago. Make sure it is enabled. I have had problems where I turned parts of tsm off and forgot to turn them back on. As for the recipes I know you can force tsm to rescan your professions but off the top of my head I don't know where it is in the interface. Worst case delete the tsm data in your wtf directory?
