Since I have a wireless router, I just allow it to be shared throughout the network. Go onto the PC or laptop that didnt have it and simply copy it over. Its like 20+gigs though so it took like 2 freaking hours.

Simply copy the whole WoW Folder over to your new PC and run den repair utility.

Just downloading from their website might be easier though. Am I missing some reason he would avoid that?
Unless you wanna keep all your addons and stuff. But otherwise getting the download might be faster...

Now days if you're not doing much else over the network, network transfer speed beats internet speed. Plus lots of people have limits etc on downloads.

If you want to just get your UI and key bindings just take your interface folders and WTF folders into the new WoW folder. I don't know about a complete transfer though.

Copying your installation from Windows Vista to Windows 7 should just work fine.

I use an online backup service (Carbonite). When I got my new PC I just re-installed the service and transfered my old data over onto my new machine.
