I'm just saying that's a worst-case. I've never realm transferred a character, but I think only Locked, Full, and New Player servers has restricted to-transfers.

It will either be an available transfer or it won't. That's all down to Blizz.
If it's available all's fine. If not your only choices are not to have a char on that server or to re-roll.
Hope the transfer is available to you.
