Only crit% difference with your build and mine is 5% (annihilation only affect plague strike (and blood strike 1/2 of time) in a DW spec).
You can easyly overcome that.
At the speed you should attack (near 1.0 sec per weapon) KS will be up praticaly 100% of time anyway and you have Deathchill in case it is not.

which I think would be better. It would give you an extra 15% damage, which might be better. All depend if 500 AP + 1 death coil every 100 seconds is more or not. It also give some extra survivability vs AoE
