Trinket cool downs question

Anyone know if Badge of Tenacity shares a cool down with Charm of Alacrity?

It has been posted that the Badge doesn't share a cool down with Moroes' Lucky Pocket Watch, and also that the watch doesn't share a cool down with the Charm. Using logic would suggest that therefore the badge doesn't share a cool down with the charm as well, but as we all know, sometimes it can be dangerous to assume logic is prevalent in WoW. So thought I would ask the question to see if someone has actual experience with this. Thanks.

I'm 98% sure they do not. I was just messing with Charm/Watch last night. I actually decided to take the Charm out of my bank to use situationally. I still had my mushroom trinket in my bags for some reason so one out and one in. Back before I got anything else I'm pretty sure I used Badge and Charm for tanking and I don't remember them cooling each other down.
