Trying to buy a WoW account

I am trying to buy a WoW account and when i click on the deal to get all the way up to MoP and put in my info it says a error has occured. I have tried clearing my cookies, using a different browser even double checked all my info. if anyone has any ideas on this then please lemme know i wanna be able to buy my account before this deal expires and it goes back $60 :) thanks for any feedback.
