dagger and off-hand is probably better for levelling but, honestly, don't worry about it. you're levelling so you'll come across new gear pretty regularly, it's not worth getting attached to this gear or going for something specific.
also, one of them is a reward the other 2 are drops. you might not get the drops.
just keep levelling and take what seems best when it comes to you.
