what would be the appropriate job title for an I.T. system administrator who makes face-to-face customer contact and does their I.T. system integration/migration/etc work using cloud or internal system products?
What's wrong with 'System Administrator'?
Otherwise, if they have a specific department that they look after, it would be '<department> System Administrator', I would suppose?
Executive Super Administrative Officer of Customer Relations and Chief Systemic Cloud-Based Integration
The ESAOCRCSCBI, as it were.
