For DW i would take Tundra Stalker hands down. While DWing the mobs chances of parrying, dodging, and blocking you are really high. The expertise helps tone that down a lot. Hope this helps

Tundra Stalker for DW tanking, Impurity for DW DPS. You don't really need the expertise as a DPS (it helps, but you should be behind target anyway so tank doesn't get parry-gibbed), but it doesn't hurt to buff your spell damage, especially with the changes making HB spammable.

I use impurity currently as DPS DW, however there are a few other things you should think about too:
- Frost Strike = weapon dmg based attack, with DW you want to get away from Weapon dmg based attacks as your weapons won't have the big numbers a 2h would.
- Runic Power Mastery = Waste of 2 points IMO, it only helps VERY VERY little to have 20 extra RP, would be better spent somewhere else.
- Gargoyle = In my experience, this is a waste of Runic Power, use DC as your RP dump it will do MUCH more damage overtime then having the Gargoyle. But this may change in next patch from what i hear so we'll have to see if it is worth it then or not.

i am pondering about the same question...
how much damage for slow mainhands:
a) Tundrastalker + Froststrike
b) Tundrastalker + Deathcoil
c) Impurity + Froststrike
d) Impurity + Deathcoil
that also does not answer for IT and HB.. is impurity ever gonna be better than tundrastalker?
I Think Guile of Gorefiend should not be missed... this is definitively more than 1 or 2% dps per talentpointwith a critchance on IT and HB that high
