hey i kno wat quest it is that twinks do to get 100+ hp to head but how do u do the quest for the lung juice if im a 19 twink and its a lvl 45 quest mainly my queston is how does a lvl 19 get the lung juice?

is the quest people do for the head enchant for twinks. The way you do it is to do it with a higher level character and apply the enchant through the trade window.

The most important thing to remember is that the arcanum must be applied via the trade window, which means you can't do it with a higher level character on the same account.
To get the enchant on a twink, or any character below level 45-50 (I forget the exact level needed for all the quests), you need to do the quests on a character from a
different account

The point is they don't
"gear themselves up"
, their fun and games are funded by a rich, older (higher level) character.

despite the name of the thread.. the question isnt about +100hp.
Personally, i've never twinked out for L19 brackets so I don't know :x
The
Lesser Arcanum of Constitution
is a BoP reward from the
Libram of Constitution
quest. Two of the required items for that quest are also BoP rewards from other quests, one of which requires a pre-quest to be completed.
The bottom line is that the arcanum can only be obtained by a level 48+ character and must be applied by that character as it's BoP.
