No. I mean that when you cast Divine Shield/Divine Protection/Hand of Protection/Avenging Wrath, these 4 spells all enter a 30 second cooldown phase. For the next 30 seconds, you can't cast any of the other 3 spells. Once 30 seconds has ellapsed, then the remaining 3 will be off cooldown, and you can cast them normally. Only the target of the spell gets Forbearance.
wrong. if you use wings yourself you can still cast bop on a party member, but not yourself. blue posts have been pretty clear on this issue for a while.

Well, Seal of Vengeance already grants 5 stacks.......also, Seal of the Martyr damage increase is good, but also bad, since it would also increase the damage recieve.
