This looks like a great spec for AoE tanking. Too man Unholy tanks go too far into Unholy to pick up some of the needed talents in other trees.
Spell Deflection really doesn't mitigate much at first look, your AMZ and AMS will do lots more of course. But if this build is used for AoE tanking casters, it has a lot of potential.
Most people would say that Mark of Blood and Rune Tap are too "lvling" oriented, but if you're AoE tanking a lot of mobs, this could really take a load off the healer.
Great job here, just may have to try this out myself!

Hey just a quick question Kerrome, what rotation do you use exactly? Right now I'm pretty much using the same spec as Husnan but lately I feel a little stagnant. Looking to spice things up a bit. But if you can help me out with the rotation that you use I would greatly appreciate the help. ty

First you will be outnumberd by a frost spec for avoidance, survivability and dammage mid period.
Yes you have all thoes sklils/tallents that help with magic dammge...but I'd be much more worried about thoes heavy hitting mele mobs than a caster that can possibly be kicked.
+ as frost...check out how much resistance you get from acclimation + frost aura....im sure it will supprise you.

Yes there are many people on these forums who would disagree with me and it seems.......for some reason.......there are much less end game MT's that would disagree with me.
I understand bone shiled....I understand its potential.
Haha cuz the 100% magic reduction spell and the 75% magic reduction spell (because having magic reduction is super important on most boss fights)...
Thats magic, being a tank Id be much more concerned about mele dammge than magic dammage reduction.
And.....once again...yes...i understand bone shiled.

I've tried the AMZ/MS build and a build without, both with decent results. Because I stay out of the blood tree in the AMZ/MS build, I'm more reliant on a good tank healer and function more like a druid tank than a warrior tank.
With AMZ/MS:

(note: once I actually get to raid tanking, I'll drop desecration, probably for impurity or other blood talents, not sure yet).
Without AMZ/MS:

Since I have to wait for D&D - IT - PS - Pest to all hit before blade barrier is up, it's not uncommon for me to start the fight with IBF and BS both active to help the healer out at the start.
