Recommend
this variation of your build
for leveling instead. Get rid of the of the autoattack buffs like Necrosis and Blood-Caked-Blade, and max your AoE damage enhancers (Impurity and Bladed Armor), crit (Dark Conviction & Ebon Plague), and runic power regen (Dirge and Butchery). Gargoyle > Corpse Explosion (especially when soloing elites). Reaping lets you get in extra SS's or DS's.
Rot: IT, PS, BS (death rune), BS (death rune), SS, RS/DC, SS (when death runes regen). Throw in Unholy Blight and D&D to AoE down lots of mobs.
DK's strength is AoE tanking/grinding, using that will level you alot faster.
