Here's where I come into a problem with unholy tank specs, you want bladed armor, lichborne, AND unholy blight, which is impossible to get all 3.
Your ghoul's DPS doesn't add to your threat, it has it's own threat. Therefore MoG wont add to your tanking ability, but it is useful in many situations.
First off, though, I'd drop desicration. On AoE pulls, you'll probably be PTing diseases around, and on single-target pulls it just wont have the up-time to be worth it, especially on fights where movement is important. The slow is very nice in PvP, but arguable not that great in PvE except in certain situations (where you will likely have a hunter or frost mage who can do that job very well, too, without any talents spent). You can then pick up unholy aura, which will be a HUGE buff for anyone in melee who has to repeatedly run out for whatever reason.
Then you have to choose - mitigation/utility or threat. Bladed Armor is an incredible amount of AP. In my current gear, each point in BA gives me 127 AP, and I'm in more greens than purples. Thus, each point of BA makes up well over 3% of my AP (buffed), and adds a lot to threat. However, Lichborne is a very powerful CD, not just for the fear break but also for the 25% chance to be missed. As I am an off-tank, and thus my role will be DPS some-times, I definitely went with BA. However, I'd recommend Lichborne for an MT, unless you're low on threat.

No, it doesn't make sense. Your ghoul doesn't even generate enough threat to keep mobs off you when you're in a DPS stance, it's not going to out-threat other DD'er.
Black Ice isn't a big increase without frost strike and howling blast, that is where it shines. IIT is not in an unholy tank build for the threat, but for the physical mitigation. I actually don't have it in my tank spec, and I live just fine. Most people think you need specific talents to tank (e.g. Magic Supression+AMZ, Lichborne) and yet I have none of those and have no problems.
