Actually, you can hit CTRL+SHIFT+KP0 all with your right hand
:)
. I doubt that's the zero we're looking for, though.
Have you tried binding something in the WoW binding interface to that to see if the game lets you do it either?

I seem to have the same "problem", so I did a bit of googling and it appears to be a system issue. If you're using Vista or 7 (edit: which you are!), check this out:

Actually, it's fairly simple for me because i have Ctrl and Shift bound to buttons on my mouse, but no i haven't tried something in the WoW binding interface yet, i'll do that right now.
Update: didn't even work in the wow interface keybindings...
Err, that's not exactly the problem. I find it to be a greater issue that you actually move your hand all the way over to 0, ctrl+shift isn't hard in any way.
