Sticking a 6 second cd on Wild Growth seems a bit weird to me as it doesn't stack. I always thought it's big use was if you're in a raid and everyone is taking dmg so you can HoT up everyone quite quickly with 2-3 WG's. Still, I'm not a resto so maybe I'm just talking out my bum. :-)
It stacks from multiple druids though, and that is how you can do a massive amount of raid healing with it.
For 5 man type situations the new CD will make little difference as you can't stack it yourself and it lasts 6 secs or so.
