Type this in:

/cast Tricks of the Trade
Put it on your actionbar,use it whenever needed.

Hm you still can skip macro part... Ok mine TotT is bind as Shift + ` so when i use this combination of button i simply click on focus and i dont switch targets :) How easy is that.
