I would really advice you to go arms.
Go with Overpower spec, and you plow mobs after mobs like nothing! When you get Sweeping Strikes and Bladestorm you can take on about 5 mobs of the same level as you like nothing.
I leveled as arms and I rarely found my self dying, due to the huge damage output!
Make sure to spec into Improved Slam too, which helps you alot :)

step 2: you tank, s/he spank.
step 3: hit 80
