Leveling my DK I didn't have to stop and eat and I was primarily unholy I do admit I had 22 points in blood but those points never changed, Unholy gives off some nice damage, but if you want no down time Id say either go full blood or go into blood to get atleast improved rune tap, if you want to go further get mark of blood, that's where I stopped in it (Course at 80 for pvp reasons I went blood =D)

I have to agree with the above posts, Frost is a great tree for some things, but if you want to level fast and easy, not waiting for groups for pesky 2-3 man group Q's then go Blood.
Unholy offers a lot of advantages for AoE grinding, and the constant pet goes a long way to increasing single target DPS.
Overall i would recommend;
Blood for survival power and single target grinding
Unholy for AoE grinding, just ensure that you take the damage mitigation talents as you will miss the self healing talents from the Blood tree.
Link to spec i used to use for leveling (assuming the lvl 65 requirement of your linked build)
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=j0EMqc0csfMzZZbx0htco
the build maximises on the + stat bonuses from the blood and unholy tree, and also on the increased crit chances of your %weapon based strikes.
Im not saying this is the best spec for leveling, but it done well for me and my playstyle. Most importantly, pick a playstyle and spec that you have fun with, that alone will make leveling seem so much more fun and ultimately easier.
Hope i have given some usefull information for you here

again it depsnds on the type of quest, if its for kill x number of y monster then you can grind that quicker as a unholy build.
if its kill y elite mob - suggested players 2+ then on most of those types of Q a blood build is better.
i leveled to 78 as a blood/unholy hybrid, and if i needed to tank i respeccd to frost, i never had problems killing x number of y mobs with blood hybrid, but i know lots of people who couldnt solo the northrend group Q's like i could as blood.
its all about how you see yourself doing the Q's, and what timescale is accpetable for killing mobs, packs of mobs.

My spec set up leveling my DK was:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=jbEMoI0cobZZbg0Ixckx0q0cou
I was soloing 3man group quests with ease here. I put the points in blood 1st to make sure I had the survivability then started filling in Unholy.

That seems like a very reasonable leveling build, gives the increased AoE dps from the unholy tree, with 75% of the healing capability of the blood tree.
If i would have changed anything for usage i would have taken the 2 points from Butchery and put them into Blood Aura, makes the fights where you do have to use Frost Presence still give back health per damage - thats just my personal preference though.
Over all a nice build and im sure a nice alternative hybrid build.

UA is especialy helpfull, but as part of a leveling build frost i dont think has ever been as efficient as unholy or blood, thats not to say you cant level as it.
My DK is now 80 and im deep frost, and have no issues in killing mobs if i switch to my DPS set, but i couldnt stand the speed of which i killed mobs as frost, it seemed very slow and clunky compaired to a blood hybrid and i ended fights with less HP left at the end of fights.
The attached spec seems more of a frost tanking spec with the missing Blade Barrier/ anticipation talents from the other trees than a soloing (dps) spec.
But hell if it works then kudos, i couldnt find a frost build i was happy with, but i wish i could have.
