You most certainly can and would enjoy some success, even in heroics. The difficulty is that without one of the 36 point defensive abilities from any tree your survivablity is noticably hampered. Again like all advice if your healer knows you well and you guys have great synergy then your all set. I personally really like the stat stacking talents alot.
