Vindication talent and Instance bosses.

Wondering if anyone has personal knowledge as to whether the talent Vindication effects bosses / trash in 5man instances? Having done some research it appears that at least raid bosses are "immune" to the effect as they have a set amount of mana/hp and no real stats that Vindication could reduce. Just wondering if 5man bosses and trash mobs have the same type of restriction.
On normal PvE mobs it procs fairly early in the fight and refreshes often enough that your basically removing an additional 15% of the mobs health by the second or third swing which could make the talent OP for boss fights at least.

bosses are not effected by vindication due to immunity to CC spells, like stun, etc.
so yes, 5 man bosses are immune
maybe except for ones like VC... who is not resistance to stuns...
from what i've heard... not a ret pally so not 100% sure
