Voidwalker Missing!plz help..

Hi I'm relatively new to WOW.

I'm a level 23 lock with voidwalker.
One day I'm online playing at Tirisfal Glades,trying to hop on the zeppelin to Durotar.But I noticed the game is lagging at that time because my voidwalker isn't following me like it used to,and any conversation with NPCs isn't displayed.I've to wait for minutes until it runs again like normal.

When I enter the zeppelin,my voidwalker isn't coming.The zeppelin starts to move with my voidwalker left behind.When I arrived at Durotar,the server disconnected me.I logged in back and it start back at Tirisfal Glades.I look around for my void but it isn't there anymore.
Now,I managed to go into Orgrimmar without my void (right now in the realm start menu,my character is displayed WITHOUT my void) to get Greatfather Winter present.When I'm finished,the server keeps disconnected me.I can't even enter the world anymore.
But the other characters in my account is OK.

I really hope someone can help me.I hope it's still treatable.

yes,
to resummon your demons open your spellbook ('p') and go to the demonology tab. there'll be a spell called 'summon voidwalker' there.

you need soul shards to use this spell which you get from using 'drain soul'

while you have your spellbook open check that you've dragged all you new abilities from the book onto your actionbars. if you missed the summon voidwalker one then chances are you missed some others too.

Actually,I have summoned my Imp (during the one time the server doesn't disconnects me) but after that,I can't even enter the world anymore.I can't play,literally.So how am I going to have a chance to summon a void?The last time I can enter the world was when I managed to summon my Imp (I haven't had any soul shard because I haven't been in any combat at that time,so I can't summon void).Even that,the summoning progress bar isn't shown in the game.Then it disconnected,again.After that,in the realm start menu,my character is now displayed with my Imp.But still,it keeps disconnected..I haven't had any chance to enter since that.My other character in the same realm is playable but always lagging.
I hope there's a way for me to at least enter the world so that I can kill some beasts and get a soul shard to summon my void back.

Just go on one of your other characters, put a ticket in with a GM and explain what happened and they should have it fixed relatively quickly.

Err what is a GM?sorry I'm not very familiar with some abbreviations used here.

your posts are difficult to read and to comprehend but if you're having trouble actually connecting then demons seem like the least of your worries. perhaps you should check the technical issues forum on the blizzard main site or send them an email to request help.

theres a question mark ,, at the bottom of the screen ,, when you hover over it with the mouse you get a tooltip saying help request click it and submit an explaination of your problem ,, hope fully the game master(GM) that reads it will fix your problem
