Why do you say that disc priests are perhaps the hardest class for a warlock, even harder than a rogue? Just mana drain them with curse of tongues up. If you get to low health, just fear them and drain their life. Once they're at 0 mana, they're pretty much useless. That applies to all healing classes, except those annoying druids who can shapeshift.
Good luck getting 10 minutes alone 1 on 1 with a Disc Priest in order to try and drain all his mana through resilience without interrupts coupled with their huge amount of spirit and mana regen. This might have worked about 1+ year ago, but not today. Any Priest who isn't actually just a monkey who found a keyboard won't allow you to spam Mana Drain on him.

List time:
Improved Imp, Improved Firebolt? The Felhunter is an obvious standard pet for PvP, even in burst specs. Its utility is unmatched. You shouldn't be running or relying on the Imp in PvP.
So I do have a question regarding this ... I understand that the felhunter is preferred due to its utility, but is an imp lobbing off additional fire damage spells on a cursed target completely useless? If so, why did they nerf improved firebolt at some point in the past (I believe that his improved cast time was less than 1.5 sec. several patches ago)?
Is there nothing to be said for the imp's firebolt? It almost seems like an extra dot that does pushback ... seeing as you only have to order your imp to attack and then forget about it. Other pets, while they have more utility, are more management intensive. I'm not trying to challenge your ascertions above, I just want a more thorough explanation as to why the imp is not to be run.
Because the Imp dies in 1 hit, leaving you without a pet at all.
I still stand by the fact that the Succubus is a better pet choice if you are PvPing as Destro given the difficulty vs. melee classes and the spec's lack of reliance of DoTs that would otherwise break seduce.

Might as well wait for the supposed upcoming overhaul, since our role against casters hasn't really changed and we're meatsack honor kills for anything that can stun at present. While it would be unrealistic to expect Blizzard to empower warlocks to become a legitimate anti-melee contender to the extent that frost mages are, I would still think enough things will be changed that we'll probably have some new tactics at our disposal.

Are the new changes expected any time soon?
Going to wait until Resilience is a bit more prevalent and the first round of patches comes out before I go wasting time writing for the current 5-second fights that are happening now...
Mostly playing my Holy Paladin at the moment than my Lock anyway.
And to the guy who said some random crap about duels... did you even read the introduction? Duels are cooldown battles anyway, nothing else.

Well, I think, that you should use
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=IZbxcuZEc0qbMuAsAcot
this build for PvP.
Because you can live without Aftermath (which had only 10% chance to proc), without Improved Soul Leech, without Destructive Reach (that doesn't give you any combat advantages) and without useless Cataclysm. A True PvP Warlock must focus on fast killings, not on increasing your spell cast yards and chance to hit on 3% (XD)!
Well, you may think about improved succubus) Actually, you may spent this three points on something else)

Destructive Reach (that doesn't give you any combat advantages)
While a 20% increase to range might not sound like much, it's a 44% increase to the area you can stand in and still hit your target. That's a lot more places to hide!
Edit: It's even better when you consider the vertical axis as well, gives you more locations where you can rain "death from above" and they have to path round to reach you.

Please update this for Wotlk 3.0.8 if possible, and possibly a farming build - thank you for this amazing guide.
