Being Demo I find dailies and general questing easy but when I go after a rare spawn or some tougher mobs I find that I need an interupt and I cant find anything the work. Does anyone know what to use to get the effect assuming the mob is immune to fear?

If you're specced into Grimoire of Sacrifice, you can sacrifice your Felhunter and use Command Demon - it's the same thing as Spell Lock.
