Boom vioce is only good for PvP, but since you went full arms you probably won't do very well in arena anyway. Full fury is better than full arms IMO for arena.
Also, people that ask always have points in rend. imp rend doesn't do any damage, and you could get a weapon mastery adding 3% total damage instead of the 3 in rend.

Full arms in PVP is worthless.
Points in Thunderclap, improved charge, and Imp rend gets you nowhere in Arena.
On top of that if you're going to use Stormherald, why didnt you spec in Mace specialization!
Endless rage and Imp MS is a waste of talent points.
Imp discipline = no good.

Some folks like to put points in tactical mastery and imp hamstring and skip out on flurry.
The 31/30 build is a delicate balance if you want to do both PVP and PVE.

The move of deathwish to arms tree just give warrior another fear break.
