8/5/48 is the typical build. Depending on what you're doing exactly you can switch a few of the Prot talents around, but the 8 Arms and 5 Fury aren't optional. You may even go 7 Fury for 2 points in Improved Demoralizing Shout if theres not a DPS warrior to apply it. (Mobs aren't effected by more than 2 points in it so extra is a waste)

is what I would lean towards for raid tanking. For 5 mans and Heroics you may want to max Improved Taunt. Always going to get idiot DPSers who can't control their threat in PuGs.
