Hmm, only tanked tbc, but I think I can fill in a few blanks here.
I think Imp. Revenge needs to go, Revenge is a great skill but the stun chance is annoying in 5manners and it wont work in bigger raids as far as I know.
I think you need Critical Block, it smells like more chance to ditch damage. Which is always wanted. Who doesn't want a critical hit with Shield Slam? :D
I loved Puncture in 5-manners. I would go for that one, but I reckon it isn't needed in raids.
I'd trade Booming Voice and Unbridled Wrath for Cruelty. As for Arms, I never liked Anger Management and would change a thing or two.
All-in-all I'd spec
Like this myself.
Correct me if I'm mistaken, it's been a while.

Actually imp. revenge was changed in the 3.0 patch so now it is a good talent, even when things are immune to the stun, because increasing the new ten ton revenge damage by 20% is seriously nice. Critical block is awesome indeed.
Puncture was a very good talent in TBC, but due to the changes in 3.0, it is a much more debatable talent now. For most situations I would not recommend taking the talent - it isn't wasted, but there are better places to spend your points.
Booming voice is very meh, and unbridled wrath is extremely bad.
In the arms tree, impale and deep wounds are better options than anger management. Either get impale (and perhaps deep wounds), or just go with 5 points in arms (for 5% parry).
