Why... would you EVER be enchanting a level 61 weapon with anything expensive? That's not a twink weapon and it's not an endgame weapon. Wtf?
As an aside, I found WF/WF to be better until the mid/late 70s when you start getting Elemental Fury so the FT crits hit harder. Then WF/FT all the way >_>

if you want to waste gold on enchants, then yes, Mongoose > the AP enchants (110 AP is a 2H enchant, you can't put it on 1H weapons)

Now if he really wants to blow gold on it, he can find someone to do Berzerking instead. Lol
Seriously, as Jax said, stick something cheap on it, maybe Greater Potency which is 50 AP.
